Oven baked rabbit
Preparation:
Cut the rabbit into pieces and roll the pieces into the wheat flour and fry on high heat in a large heated frying pan with olive oil and a little bit of butter. Add salt and pepper.
After getting a nice crust, add half a glass of white or rose wine. As the wine evaporates, move the rabbit into the clay pot.
Chop a few new potatoes and pumpkins and add them to the pot with the rabbit. Salt and pepper them.
Add rosemary, thyme and garlic. Mix well and add a few pieces of butter on top. Cover and pot and put it in the oven for 1 - 1:30 hour, at 170 ° C.
Serve the rabbit in the oven in a rustic clay pot.
