Spaghetti with rabbit legmeat

Preparation: 

Wash the rabbit legmeat and season it with salt and pepper and brown it on a frying pan with hot oil. Fry until the meat is completely done. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes and then add it into the pan with meat and cook it at an average heat.

Boil the spaghetti "al dente" according to the instructions package in lightly salted water.

Cut champignon mushrooms into 4 pieces and add tthem ino the pan with onion and meat, fry until golden brown. Add the wipped cream, spaghetti and cook everything together for 2 more minutes on low heat. 

Serve spaghetti with rabbit legmeat in a deep pasta dish sprinkled with grated cheese.
