Rabbit liver Asian style in flour
Wash the rice a few times and put it in a saucepan with salted water. Simmer the rice on a medium fire for 15 minutes with the lid on. Drain the water as for pasta through a strainer. Mix the boiled rice with butter. Wash the vegetables and the rabbit liver and dry with paper towels. Slice the ginger and the vegetables into thin slices. For this dish we need a wok pan (which looks like a flattened pot), but a cast-iron pan will also do. Cut the liver into pieces, roll them in flour and fry them in a heated pan with oil on both sides on high heat. Remove the liver to a plate. In the same frying pan, first, we fry the ginger for 2 minutes on medium heat, then add the chopped vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Put the liver back to the pan, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve the rabbit liver Asian style in flour with rice using a ring, sprinkle with sesame and chopped green onions. Garnish with chopped chilli peppers and edible flowers.
