Oven rabbit meat in green/red marinade
Preparation:
We cut the potatoes into halves, place them in a tray seasoning with rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and adding olive oil.
Place the rabbit meat and mix it well with the potatoes in the tray.
Cover the tray with aluminium foil or baking paper. Put everything in the preheated oven at 170 °C for 40 min - 1 hour.
Serve the rabbit meat in red/green marinade with baked potatoes on a plate.
